How can I request a catalogue?

To receive the catalogue, simply forward the request via the website, clicking on "Request catalogues" and confirming or entering the data for shipping. Or by contacting us at +39 015.812.12.12

Is the catalogue free?

The catalogue and shipping are free

How can I know if the items I ordered are available?

Website is updated in real time and has exclusively the items available

When will be published the next catalogue?

Usually, we release 2 catalogues per year:
- Spring/Summer + Easter which is shipped in January
- Autumn/Winter + Christmas/Halloween which is sent to customers in the month of September.
We also send seasonal and holidays supplements throughout the year. By subscribing to our newsletter we will send you an email when new catalogues are released.

How can I see items code and prices?

To see the prices and codes of itemss it is necessary to be registered or register on the site. To register, click "Login" or "Register" and start entering your data in the space "I am a new customer". Complete and confirm the data. Within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email. If you are already registered or have received the catalogue, enter the datas indicated in the Reserved Area bar on the Home Page or click on "Login" and follow the instructions

How can I get password?

The password is not provided by Art From Italy Design. It is a secret word that must be chosen and entered by the user himself at the time of registration.

Inside catalogue there are items that i don't found on the website. Why?

Because the site is updated in real time and features all the items in stock.
